It focuses on the production, technology development and related equipment manufacturing of nano rubber composites. It is a national technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and a green manufacturing industry in Henan Province. The key enterprises in the industrial chain cluster have passed ISO19001, ISO24001, OHSAS18001, and IATF16949 certifications.

Relying on the national and local joint engineering research center of nano-hybrid material application technology and the well-known professional research and development team of nano-materials in China, the company can provide high-grade nano-rubber composite materials with excellent performance according to customer needs. The company has many invention patents such as wet mixing technology, double carbon black preparation technology and special functional rubber composite material technology, which are at the top of the industry. Wet mixing technology is better than traditional dry mixing technology, on the basis of improving the comprehensive performance of rubber, the mixing cycle is shortened, the energy consumption is reduced, and the energy saving, emission reduction and green manufacturing are realized.

In 2023, the company built a domestic wet master rubber production line with an annual output of 10,000 tons of natural rubber/silica. It is a global production line with complete independent intellectual property rights, high degree of intelligence, and large-scale continuous operation. It solves the problems of high energy consumption, heavy pollution, uneven filler dispersion, and high wastage rate in the traditional dry mixing process of rubber products and tires industry. No waste water and waste gas are generated in the production process, it is a subversive change to the rubber processing method. In May 2024, the company launched a project with an annual output of 10000 tons of full-formula nano-rubber composite materials, which is expected to be put into production by the end of the year. In the next 3-5 years, the synthetic rubber will reach 100000 tons and the natural rubber will reach 100000 tons, forming a scale of 300000 tons of wet compound and realizing a nano-rubber composite industry chain with an output value of over 10 billion.

Products are widely used in truck passenger cars, passenger cars, aviation and OTR tires, tire sidewalls, slurry pump lining, shock-absorbing springs, rubber plates, engineering rubber, latex products and high-grade shoe materials and other fields.
