The second is to speed up the pace of project construction.In 2023, the company's annual output of 10,000 tons of natural rubber/silica wet master rubber production line was completed and put into operation. The production line has completely independent intellectual property rights, high degree of intelligence, large-scale and continuous production, which effectively solves the problems of high energy consumption, heavy pollution, uneven dispersion of fillers and high wastage rate in the traditional dry mixing process of rubber products and tires industry, and no waste water and waste gas are generated in the production process, it is a subversive change to the rubber processing method. In May this year, the company launched a project with an annual output of 10000 tons of full-formula nano-rubber composite materials, which is expected to be put into production in June next year. In the next 3-5 years, the company will form a nano-rubber composite industry chain with an annual output of 100000 tons of synthetic rubber and 100000 tons of natural rubber, reaching an annual output of 300000 tons of wet mixed rubber and realizing an output value of over 10 billion.
