The company holds multiple invention patents and is a leader in its industry. The specialized functional nanocomposite rubber materials developed by the company are widely used in high-end engineering tires, aviation tires, high-performance passenger car tires, slurry pumps, and rubber products such as shock absorbers and dampers. The company places great emphasis on green production and technological innovation. Due to business expansion needs, we are now sincerely recruiting talent for safety management positions.
II. Job Positions: Safety Officer (1 position)
III. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for daily supervision of safe production, and inspecting the safety compliance of workshop equipment, processes, and operational procedures.
2. Organize safety training and drills to enhance employees’ safety awareness and emergency response capabilities.
3. Participate in the safety assessment of new projects, develop risk mitigation measures, and track their implementation.
4. Establish a safety management ledger to record the identification of hazards, corrective actions taken, and incident handling procedures.
5. Coordinate with government regulatory authorities and cooperate in completing safety inspections and filing procedures.
6. Assist in perfecting the ISO45001/14001 management system and promote initiatives such as standardization of safe production and green factory certification.
7. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors to ensure the company operates efficiently.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in Safety Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field; possession of a safety officer qualification certificate is preferred.
2. More than two years of experience in safety management in the chemical or manufacturing industry, familiar with regulations such as the “Work Safety Law,” and under 40 years of age.
3. Possess risk identification capabilities and be able to independently conduct hazard inspections and implement corrective measures.
4. Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-departmental safety matters.
5. Good physical health, upright character, compliance with laws and regulations, honesty, strong sense of responsibility, and possessing excellent adaptability and communication skills.
6. Optimistic and positive, aligned with the company’s culture, dedicated and passionate about your work, and possessing strong teamwork skills; no administrative penalties or other adverse records.
V. Salary and Benefits
1. Salary and Benefits: Monthly salary to be discussed; probation period of 1–3 months.
2. Benefits and Perks: Five social insurances and one housing fund, free company meals, holiday benefits, and one day off per week.
