Setting High Goals and Embarking on a New Journey: The Company Holds the 2025 Performance Review and Evaluation Meeting as Well as the 2026 Work Planning Conference.

On January 19, the company successfully held its 2025 annual performance review and evaluation meeting, along with a planning session for 2026. Chairman Zhang Zhijun, together with members of the leadership team and heads of all departments, gathered to comprehensively review the achievements of 2025, precisely map out the development blueprint for 2026, and use the evaluation to drive continuous improvement and clear direction through strategic deployment, thus setting the course for high-quality development throughout the year.

At the meeting, members of the leadership team and heads of various departments delivered their annual work reports for 2025, systematically summarizing their achievements in performing their duties, analyzing existing problems and shortcomings, and providing detailed briefings on development strategies, key tasks, and implementation measures for their respective areas of responsibility in 2026. Attendees conducted democratic evaluations based on the content of these reports and the performance of cross-departmental collaboration, assessing both the “hard indicators” of actual work results and the “soft ecosystem” of collaborative effectiveness. Meanwhile, the leadership team, guided by the annual target responsibility agreements, conducted a thorough review and assessment of each department’s completion of its 2025 tasks, precisely identifying both the “achievement record” and the “areas for improvement” in the year’s work.

Chairman Zhang Zhijun provided focused commentary on the 2026 work plans submitted by the respective heads. He both recognized and praised the outstanding proposals that featured clear thinking and practical relevance, while also offering targeted guidance on areas that needed further refinement and improvement. The meeting centered around the core goal of high-quality development for 2026 and identified three key priorities:
First, we must set ambitious, high-level goals and break through existing barriers with a spirit of relentless effort. Team leaders and department heads are required to adopt the tenacious, “reach for the stars” mindset, further refining our 2026 work strategies, raising our targets even higher, and detailing our action plans more meticulously. We must abandon the rigid, “stick to the status quo” mentality and set annual goals that are both challenging and realistically achievable—using these high-level aspirations as the driving force behind new breakthroughs in our development.
Second, we will harness the collective wisdom of all employees and empower them through an incentive mechanism: We’re launching a “Golden Ideas” solicitation program, broadly mobilizing all staff to offer suggestions and insights based on their actual work situations, focusing on areas such as production and operations, management optimization, and technological innovation. The company will establish a special selection and incentive mechanism, providing both material and spiritual rewards for high-quality proposals that are forward-looking, feasible, and capable of generating tangible value, thereby stimulating employees’ proactive participation in the company’s development.
Third, we will strengthen closed-loop execution and ensure effective implementation through a systematic approach: Guided by annual objectives, we will further clarify the boundaries of job responsibilities, optimize cross-departmental collaboration processes, and establish a comprehensive management system encompassing “objective breakdown—process control—result assessment.” This will reinforce goal orientation and align progress with incentives and constraints, thereby ensuring that the year’s objectives and tasks are completed on time and to the required quality and quantity.
This meeting served both as a comprehensive review of the work done in 2025 and as a mobilization order and detailed roadmap for the company’s development in 2026. Participants unanimously expressed their commitment to translating the spirit of the meeting into concrete actions, fully dedicating themselves to helping the company achieve new breakthroughs in the coming year.
