On the morning of February 12, the 2025 Annual Summary and Recognition Ceremony, along with the 2026 Work Conference of Jiyuan Hongxin Rubber, kicked off grandly in the auditorium of the Nano Industry Park. The company’s leadership team, all 60 employees, and representatives of employees from He Da Company who are supporting Hongxin’s project construction gathered together to look back on the journey of 2025, recognize outstanding role models, decode the key to development for 2026, and forge a shared vision and concerted efforts for the company’s high-quality growth.

The conference solemnly honored the outstanding teams and exceptional employees who distinguished themselves across all fronts in 2025. As the recipients received the bright red certificates of honor and substantial cash awards, the auditorium erupted in thunderous and sustained applause—applause that not only paid tribute to the exemplary individuals but also served as a source of inspiration for all employees.

General Manager Lü Qingxin delivered a work report titled “Unite Hearts and Pool Strengths for Development, Forge Ahead with Determination to Write a New Chapter” on behalf of the company’s leadership team. The report provided a comprehensive review of the company’s achievements in 2025: Over the past year, the company has consistently achieved remarkable successes in the field of scientific and technological innovation, winning the gold prize at the National Postdoctoral Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition and placing fourth in the National Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition. Additionally, the company successfully obtained approval as a municipal-level engineering technology research center and pilot-scale testing base. The R&D and management systems have continued to be optimized and standardized, enhancing the company’s influence and authority within the industry, while its brand recognition has steadily expanded in the market.

Looking ahead to 2026, General Lu clearly outlined six key areas for focused efforts:

● Deeply cultivate the market and expand sales: Focus on core markets, explore emerging growth areas, optimize the customer service system, and make every effort to achieve sales targets.

● Accelerate project construction: Work backward from the project schedule, strengthen process control, and ensure that key projects are implemented on time and to the required quality standards.

●Forge a strong team: Improve the talent development mechanism, establish platforms for skill enhancement, and build a core team that is capable of winning battles and dares to take on tough challenges.

● Innovation-driven upgrade: Increase R&D investment, focus on tackling core technologies, promote product iteration and upgrades, and solidify our core competitiveness.

●Optimize performance assessment and incentives: Improve the performance evaluation system, strengthen positive incentives, ensure that those who perform well are rewarded accordingly, and motivate all employees to enthusiastically engage in work and entrepreneurship.

● Strengthen refined management: Promote refined management across the entire process—including production, administration, and finance—to reduce costs, enhance efficiency, and improve operational quality and effectiveness.

General Lü emphasized that in the new year, all employees should adopt a sense of urgency—recognizing that time waits for no one and we must seize every moment—and embody the spirit of overcoming obstacles by “paving roads through mountains and building bridges over rivers” to ensure the six core tasks are effectively implemented and to propel the company’s various endeavors to new heights.

We should focus on the industry’s “bottleneck” technologies and continuously enhance the company’s core competitiveness.

Clarify the company's strategic layout: All employees must deeply understand the company’s long-term development plan, work in unison from top to bottom with coordinated steps, and forge a powerful synergy to drive development.

Focus on employee growth and development: The company will continue to refine its talent development system and build a broader platform for growth, enabling every employee to grow and advance together with the company, thereby achieving a win-win situation where both individual and corporate values are realized.
