The article stated thatGeneral Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out during his inspection in Henan: 'We must promote high-quality economic development, seize the strategic opportunity of promoting the rise of the central region, base ourselves on the actual conditions of the province, leverage strengths and avoid weaknesses, take high-quality development of manufacturing as the main direction, and place innovation in a prominent position in the overall development.' In-depth implementation of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important instructions, Henan has taken high-quality development of manufacturing as the main direction, strengthening key industrial chains, cultivating new types of productivity, and focusing on developing seven trillion-yuan-level advanced manufacturing clusters, 28 hundred-billion-yuan-level key industrial chains, and 'N' specialized and innovative subfields, accelerating the strengthening of the manufacturing backbone.

The rapidly rising nanomaterials industry in Jiyuan is one of the important industries for Henan to strengthen key industrial chains and cultivate new types of productivity. Under the new requirements for the industry to become 'lighter', enterprises to become 'new', and output value to become 'higher', the Jiyuan nanomaterials industry was selected as one of the first strategic emerging industrial clusters in the province, becoming an important support for Jiyuan's transformation from a major raw material city to a strong new materials city.

The article stated that in June 2024, the company was included in the list of green manufacturing industry chain clusters cultivated by Henan Province. Professor Zhang Zhijun from the Hongxin Nanomaterials Research Institute stated: 'Adding modified nano-silica emulsion to natural latex greatly improves efficiency.'
