I. Job Position: Rubber Compound Engineer (Focusing on Process Conditions)

6. Education Requirement: No preference

7. Age Requirement: Under 40

8. Work Experience: Those with more than 5 years of experience in wet-milling rubber are preferred.

II. Job Description

1. Responsible for the development and improvement of rubber compounds;
2. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of rubber processes;
3. Responsible for the formulation and improvement of rubber testing methods;
4. Participate in defective product analysis and rectification;

5. Liaise with clients and promptly resolve any issues raised by them.
