Jiyuan Hongxin Rubber Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. I. Job Positions and Number of Openings
Financial Accounting: 1 position
Skilled workshop workers: 6 people
II. Job Positions and Qualifications
(1) Job requirements for accounting positions:
Aged 30-40, with a bachelor’s degree or higher in accounting, financial management, or a related field;
Holds an accounting qualification certificate and a junior-level or higher accountant title, with over 5 years of accounting experience in the manufacturing industry.
Familiar with national financial and tax regulations and proficient in the operation of financial software, with strong data analysis skills.
Works meticulously and with great attention to detail, demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, and possesses excellent communication and coordination skills as well as a spirit of teamwork.
(2) Job requirements for skilled workshop operators:
Age 35–40 years old, associate degree or above, major in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science; more than 5 years of work experience in a manufacturing workshop.
Familiar with production site management and lean manufacturing principles, and possessing strong problem-solving skills.
Possesses strong organizational skills and high stress tolerance;
Preference will be given to those holding a certificate in safety production management. Applicants must be in good health and able to adapt to the workshop working environment.
III. Compensation and Benefits
Salary and benefits: To be discussed;
Benefits and Welfare: Five social insurances and one housing fund, free company meals, and paid leave on statutory holidays;
