On the morning of December 16, Zhong Jialiang, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of the Hainan (Changjiang) Clean Energy High-Tech Industrial Park, led a team to visit our company for an on-site inspection and exchange. Zhang Zhijun, Chairman of our company, accompanied the delegation throughout the visit and provided a detailed introduction to the company’s corporate development strategy, core technological advantages, and future plans.
This inspection aims to thoroughly implement the nation’s “Dual Carbon” strategic goals, further strengthen collaboration between government and enterprises, regional coordination, and industrial integration, and promote the concentration and development of advanced green and low-carbon technologies and high-end manufacturing projects in the Hainan Free Trade Port, thereby helping Changjiang build a new industrial system that is modern, intelligent, and carbon-neutral.

The Hainan (Changjiang) Clean Energy High-Tech Industrial Park is a key provincial-level industrial park being developed by Hainan Province. Adhering to the development philosophy of “low-carbon, green, innovative, and collaborative,” the park is committed to becoming a core driving force leading high-quality development in Changjiang and even the western region of Hainan. Currently, the park is accelerating the establishment of a modern industrial ecosystem that is underpinned by clean energy, driven by green technologies, and centered on industrial chain synergy, and is actively working to become a national-level demonstration park for green and low-carbon development.
Jiyuan Hongxin Rubber was established in 2021 and is located in the Henan Jiyuan Nanomaterials Industrial Park. It is a national, technology-based small and medium-sized enterprise and an innovative SME that integrates R&D, production, and application. The company focuses on the technological development, scaled production, and related intelligent equipment development of nano-rubber composites. It already holds multiple core invention patents, including those for wet-mixing rubber compounds. The company’s most groundbreaking technological achievement—the exclusive water-based wet-mixing process—is a green, low-carbon new technology that fundamentally transforms the traditional rubber manufacturing model. This technology effectively addresses the three long-standing pain points of the conventional rubber industry—high pollution, high energy consumption, and high costs—and fills the domestic gap in the industrialization of high-end wet-mixed masterbatches. Currently, the company has built a large-scale production line with an annual capacity of 8,000 tons of composite carbon black and 30,000 tons of wet-mixed compounds, featuring continuous low-temperature processing. Its products are widely used in various high-end manufacturing sectors, such as high-end tires and rubber products, and the market prospects are extremely promising.

During the inspection, Zhong Jialiang and his delegation visited the company’s production workshops in depth, observed firsthand the wet-mixing rubber production process, and gained a detailed understanding of the operation of the automated control system. They highly praised the company’s comprehensive strength in areas such as green process innovation, independent R&D of equipment, and product quality control.
At the symposium, both sides engaged in an in-depth discussion on the feasibility of locating a 50,000-ton-per-year polymer nanocomposite materials project in Hainan (Changjiang).
Zhong Jialiang stated: “Hongxin Rubber’s water-based wet-mixing technology is highly aligned with our park’s development strategy of ‘zero-carbon manufacturing.’ Its green attributes, advanced technology, and mature industrialization level perfectly match the park’s investment attraction direction. We welcome high-tech enterprises like Hongxin Rubber—those with core competitiveness—to set up operations in Changjiang and jointly create a benchmark project in the new materials sector.”
Chairman Zhang Zhijun responded: “The combined benefits of the Hainan Free Trade Port policies and the advantages of clean energy have created uniquely favorable conditions for the development of the new materials industry. Our company will accelerate the preliminary feasibility studies for our projects, striving to reach investment intentions at an early date and helping Changjiang build a green and low-carbon industrial chain, thereby making new contributions to the construction of the Hainan Free Trade Port!”
