II. Job Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products, developing new customers, and maintaining existing customer relationships.

2. Develop a sales plan and achieve individual and team sales targets.

3. Collect market trends, competitor information, and customer needs, and promptly provide feedback to the relevant departments within the company.

III. Job Requirements

1. Associate degree or higher, with a major in chemical engineering, materials science, or a related field; candidates with more than 5 years of sales experience are preferred.

2. Possesses strong communication and presentation skills, market development capabilities, and the ability to handle pressure effectively.

3. Proactive and enthusiastic at work, highly responsible, and able to adapt to business trips.

IV. Salary and Benefits

1. Salary: Base salary + commission (details to be discussed);

2. Benefits: The probation period is 1–3 months; after becoming a regular employee, you’ll be entitled to the five social insurances and one housing fund.
