On March 28, Lin Li, Secretary of the CPC Tun County Committee in Hainan Province, led a delegation on a special fact-finding and research visit to Jiyuan Hongxin Rubber Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. Accompanying the delegation were Gui Junling, Member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Executive Deputy County Mayor; Wang Yudong, Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the County People’s Congress; Wang Yexiong, Deputy County Mayor; Wang Kangfeng, Secretary of the Party Committee of Tun Town; Peng Fei, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group of the County Development and Reform Commission; Huang Guangfan, Director of the County Science, Technology and Information Industry Bureau; Wu Junze, Director of the County Investment Promotion Service Center; Wang Liangdan, Fourth-Level Chief Staff Member of the County Development and Reform Commission; and Wang Qi, a member of the project team under the County Special Task Force for Investment Promotion, among other relevant officials.

During the inspection, Zhang Zhijun, Chairman of the company, provided full accompaniment and highlighted the company’s core competitive advantage: its proprietary fully formulated wet-mixing technology. This technology breaks through traditional industry production constraints, delivering multiple breakthroughs in material performance, production efficiency, and energy conservation and environmental protection, thereby establishing robust technological barriers for the company’s products. In addition, Chairman Zhang Zhijun outlined the company’s current annual production capacity of 30,000 metric tons and its sales network that covers several key domestic markets.

Secretary Lin Li and her delegation conducted an in-depth visit to the company’s core areas, including the production workshops and R&D laboratories, where they observed firsthand the operational processes of the full-formulation wet-mixing production line. They engaged in detailed discussions with the R&D team on process specifics and commended the company for its capacity advantages and product competitiveness, which are underpinned by its proprietary patented technologies.

During the inspection, the two sides engaged in in-depth exchanges on such topics as coordinated industrial development, the implementation of project collaborations, and the alignment of policy support. Secretary Lin Li stated that Tun Chang County is making all-out efforts to promote industrial upgrading and transformation. The comprehensive-formula wet-mixing technology and 30,000-ton production capacity of Jiyuan Hongxin Rubber Composite Materials Technology Co., Ltd. are highly aligned with Tun Chang’s industrial development needs. She expressed the hope that both sides would take this inspection as an opportunity to further deepen communication and coordination, explore avenues for cooperation, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win outcomes.

This fact-finding visit has established a robust platform for government–enterprise dialogue, laying a solid foundation for future cooperation between the two sides and creating favorable conditions for the company to expand into regional markets and achieve cross-regional development.
