II. Number of Positions Available: 3–4 people.
III. Job Responsibilities
1. Responsible for the marketing and sales of the company’s products, including acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones;
2. Develop sales plans and achieve individual and team sales targets;
3. Collect market trends, competitor information, and customer requirements, and promptly report them to the relevant departments within the company.
IV. Job Requirements
1. Associate degree or higher in a chemistry or materials science-related field; candidates with 5+ years of sales experience are preferred.
2. Possess strong communication and presentation skills, market development capabilities, and the ability to perform under pressure;
3. Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of responsibility; able to travel on business.
V. Compensation and Benefits
1. Compensation: Base salary + commission (details to be discussed);
2. Benefits: Probation period of 1–3 months; upon confirmation, participation in the five social insurances and housing fund is provided.
