Product Introduction
HR-M100B wet master rubber is a special nano rubber composite material for rubber products and tires and other industries. This product is a pre-dispersed rubber matrix material made of a proper amount of modified white carbon black and natural latex by wet premixing. The ash content can be adjusted between 25% and 31%, and it is white or light yellow rubber particles or rubber blocks at room temperature.
Product characteristics
Compared with the traditional natural rubber compound, the main advantages of HR-M100B wet master rubber are: silica is evenly dispersed in the rubber matrix, high filling amount, low filler loss rate and high storage stability, which can significantly improve the comprehensive performance of rubber (especially high tensile, high tear and high elongation at break).
Application Scenarios
Products are mainly used in truck tires, truck tires, off-highway tires, large engineering vehicle tires and other fields.
Packaging and storage
The HR-M100B master glue of the product is packaged in two layers (the inner bag is made of PE film with melting point less than 115 ℃, and the outer bag is sealed woven bag) or vacuum compressed with PE film. The net weight of the product is 20±0.1 kg/bag. If you have other special requirements for product packaging, please contact us. Handling procedure: light loading and light unloading, to prevent damage. Storage requirements: Store in dry area. It should be stored separately from easily (combustible) materials and acids, and mixed storage is not allowed. Avoid direct sunlight, waterproof and moisture-proof. If this substance is placed in a flammable solvent, use a suitable ground to avoid an electrical fire. Surface modification of the product caused by calcination or mixing with other additives may alter the toxicological properties. Therefore, we recommend that the product be used within 12 months of production.
