The preparation process of wet masterbatch is unique. It involves mixing reinforcing fillers with a rubber matrix under specific conditions, significantly improving the filler dispersion in the rubber. This improved dispersion not only enhances the physical and mechanical properties of the rubber composite but also has a positive impact on its processing and service performance.

Firstly, from the perspective of physical and mechanical properties, rubber composites prepared from wet masterbatch exhibit higher strength and toughness. Due to the uniform dispersion of reinforcing fillers, the interaction between rubber molecular chains and fillers is strengthened, enabling the composite material to better resist deformation and damage under external forces. This excellent physical and mechanical performance has led to the widespread application of wet masterbatch in rubber products such as tires, seals, and conveyor belts.

Secondly, from the perspective of processing performance, rubber composites prepared from wet masterbatch exhibit better plasticity and fluidity. During processing, the rubber composite can more easily be molded through a die and has lower viscosity, making the processing smoother. This good processing performance not only improves production efficiency but also reduces production costs.

Finally, from the perspective of service performance, rubber composites prepared from wet masterbatch have a longer service life and better service effects. Taking tires as an example, the application of wet precipitated silica masterbatch can significantly improve tire rolling resistance, wear resistance, and fuel economy. Reduced rolling resistance means that the tire requires less energy to overcome resistance during driving, thus improving fuel economy. Improved wear resistance means that the tire has a longer service life, reducing the frequency and cost of tire replacement. Therefore, rubber composites prepared from wet masterbatch are widely used in the automotive industry.

In summary, rubber composites prepared from wet masterbatch exhibit excellent performance in terms of physical and mechanical properties, processing performance, and service performance. This excellent performance makes wet masterbatch have broad application prospects in the rubber products field.
