Recently, the company officially launched the democratic recommendation process for outstanding employees for the year 2025. Guided by the core principle of "selecting and promoting role models, rallying collective momentum, and empowering high-quality development," this selection process adopts a tiered and categorized approach, featuring a fully transparent, end-to-end evaluation mechanism. The goal is to genuinely identify and highlight outstanding employees who diligently fulfill their duties, achieve remarkable performance, and enjoy widespread recognition among their peers, thereby injecting strong exemplary energy into the company’s development.

This democratic recommendation process for outstanding employees focuses on fairness, orientation, and effectiveness, and ensures the quality of the selection through five key initiatives:

First is the departmental evaluation. In this selection process, we’ve broken away from the “one-size-fits-all” approach. Under the leadership of the deputy general manager in charge and department heads, democratic evaluations are conducted at the department level, effectively avoiding biases that might arise from cross-departmental assessments and ensuring that the evaluation results closely reflect employees’ actual contributions to their work.

Second, a company-wide performance review is conducted. The selection process requires all on-duty employees to participate in the annual performance review, ensuring full participation with no blind spots. This allows each employee to comprehensively showcase their job performance and submit to peer supervision and evaluation.

Third, strict standards. The evaluation process is conducted strictly according to the following basic criteria: adherence to discipline, zero violations, zero accidents, positive energy, and courage to innovate.

Fourth, approval by the leadership team. The candidates who have passed the review will be submitted to the company’s leadership team for collective deliberation. Based on a comprehensive assessment of the candidates’ performance contributions, public recognition, and their representativeness for the respective positions, the outstanding candidates will be identified.

Fifth, recognition and incentives: After publicly announcing the outstanding candidates without objection, we will present honorary certificates and special awards to the excellent employees at the company’s year-end summary and recognition ceremony.

This democratic recommendation process for outstanding employees not only provides a comprehensive assessment of their annual performance but also serves as an important initiative for the company to strengthen its talent development and boost internal motivation. By identifying and promoting exemplary role models from among our colleagues, we not only offer recognition and career advancement opportunities to these outstanding employees but also foster a strong corporate atmosphere characterized by "emulating the best, learning from them, striving to excel, and competing to be first." This will inspire all employees to take the advanced individuals as their role models, stay committed to their respective positions, and work diligently, thereby collectively contributing solid strength toward achieving the company’s strategic goals for 2026.
